Terms & Conditions

In bringing this online shop of wondrous goodies to you, we scoured the inter web to see how everybody else did it. The terms and conditions pages on other sites basically demand your soul, and your firstborn before they will take your order.

We need to protect ourselves obviously, but we will be doing it in English. You play fair with us, and we will play fair with you, so here we go…

  1. Introduction
    1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as and when required. Please check them from time to time to make sure you are still happy to abide by them.
  2. Orders
    1. You are understood to have placed an order with us by using the online checkout facility.
    2. We are understood to have accepted your order when we have dispatched it. When we dispatch your order, the purchase contract will be made unless we have notified you of cancellation or non-acceptance.
    3. We might refuse an order under the following circumstances:
      1. Goods or services ordered by you are unavailable
      2. We cannot get authorisation for your payment
      3. We do not deliver to your area
  3. Liability
    1. If the goods delivered are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective, or are an incorrect quantity, you need to inform us via email within 7 days of delivery. Please feel free to call and discuss the problem after you have sent your email, and we’ll get you sorted as soon as we can. Failure to inform us of any such issues within 7 days of receipt of goods will result in us accepting no liability.
    2. If the goods ordered fail to show up after 14 days of receipt of confirmation of dispatch, you need to let us know via email so we can follow up for you, otherwise, we will accept no liability.
    3. Should the goods delivered fail to meet expectations through incorrect quantity, defect, or incorrect item, we shall be liable (after receiving notification from you via email) to supply additional items to make up the shortfall, replace, repair, or refund any goods with defects, and to replace or refund any item incorrectly dispatched as proven by the dispatch note. We will not be liable for any loss of earnings caused by waiting for a part or other reason, nor will we be liable for compensation of any kind outside of that previously mentioned in this paragraph.
