Every so often, something will go wrong; you may think you have ordered the correct pickup(s) for your guitar or bass, only to discover you got it completely wrong. Don’t worry, we are sympathetic to this sort of thing, but you need to abide by these simple rules in order to send stuff back to us:
- Goods cannot be accepted for credit two months or more after original supply. To be sure of a refund, or replacement item, please ensure you get stuff back to us as quickly as possible. Let us know about the problem within 7 days, or we will be unable to accept liability.
- Before you send anything back to us, make sure you have contacted us either via email at info@ag-sensor.com, or via telephone on one of the numbers given in the about “Contact Us” page, and obtained a valid returns number. This will start with “AGR” and will be followed by a bunch of numbers.
3.Goods sent back to AG Sensor without a valid returns number will not be accepted.
4. AG Sensor reserves the right to impose a 15% handling charge on goods returned which were supplied correctly against the buyers order.
